Calculators, receipts and guides that go with this estimate.
Landscaping customers often start with a picture in mind and no idea of quantities. Your estimate is where that picture becomes a list: plants by size and count, cubic yards of mulch and soil, square feet of sod, linear feet of edging, and the labor to prepare beds and install everything. Showing plants by size (1-gallon, 3-gallon, 15-gallon) helps customers understand why one design costs more than another. Site prep is easy to undersell: removing old shrubs, roots and grass and improving the soil takes real time. If there's irrigation, say whether it's included, adjusted or excluded. A plant warranty conditional on watering protects both sides, and a note about substitutions covers nursery availability.
Why does plant size change the price so much?
Larger plants cost more at the nursery, need bigger holes and more handling, but give an instant look. Smaller plants are cheaper and fill in over time.
Is there a warranty on new plants?
Many landscapers offer a limited warranty if the customer follows watering instructions. State the period and conditions in the notes.
Is irrigation included in landscaping?
Not unless it's listed. Installing or adjusting irrigation is a separate scope and should be priced on its own.
Yes. Make and download as many as you want, no signup. Free PDFs carry a small Presupuestado mark; Pro removes it and adds your logo.
