Privacy policy

Presupuestado (presupuestado.com) is a tool for making estimates, quotes and receipts as PDFs. This page explains what data we use, why, and who we share it with.

If you use the site without an account

What you type on the sheet (your details, your clients' details, line items, prices, logo and color) is stored only in your browser. It is not sent to our servers. The PDF is created on your own device. If you clear your browser data, it is all deleted.

If you create an account

To create an account we use your email, or your Google account if you choose “Continue with Google” (in that case we receive your name, email and profile photo). With an account we store, so you can see them on any device: your business details, your logo and color, the list of your clients' names and your last document number. We don't store the content of your documents.

If you pay for Pro

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, invoices and taxes. We never see or store your card details. Polar tells us whether your plan is active, its type and its renewal date.

Services we use

• Cloudflare: hosts the site and counts visits in aggregate, without cookies.
• Supabase: stores accounts and account data.
• Resend: sends sign-in emails.
• Google: sign-in, only if you choose it.
• Polar: Pro plan payments.

To know how much the tool is used, we anonymously count when a PDF is downloaded or shared and from which page (for example, the painting estimate page). That count includes nothing you typed and no data that identifies you.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We don't use tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data and your account by writing to hola@presupuestado.com. If you cancel Pro, you can keep using the site for free and delete your account whenever you want.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant and you have an account, we'll let you know by email.
