By using Presupuestado (presupuestado.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Presupuestado lets you make estimates, quotes and receipts and download them as PDFs. Free use requires no account and adds a small Presupuestado mark to the PDF. The Pro plan removes the mark and adds features such as your logo, brand color, saved clients and numbering across devices.
Your content and your responsibility
What you write in your documents is yours. You are responsible for making sure prices, taxes, business details and terms are correct and comply with the rules where you work. Presupuestado is a tool for creating documents; it is not a tax or accounting system and does not provide accounting or legal advice.
Pro plan and payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Taxes may apply depending on your country and are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as the merchant of record.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from “Your account → Manage subscription”; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- The one-time payment gives Pro access with no expiration for as long as the service exists.
- If you have a problem with a charge, write to hola@presupuestado.com and we'll look into it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to deceive or defraud others, or to try to damage, overload or access its systems without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Keep a copy of your important documents. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If the change is significant and you have an account, we'll let you know by email.
