How it's calculated
Price = area × rate per square foot + add-ons + travel, never less than your minimum charge.
Set your rate per surface: concrete, decks, siding and roofs take different time, chemicals and risk. Measure length × width of each surface and add them up. A minimum charge protects small jobs where setup and travel take longer than the washing itself.
