Calculators, receipts and guides that go with this estimate.
Most pressure washing customers ask for a price after sending a few photos of a driveway or the side of a house. The estimate is where you turn that into something they can compare: which surfaces, roughly how many square feet, and whether you are using high pressure or a low-pressure soft wash with detergent. Spelling out the method matters, because a soft wash on vinyl siding or a roof is a different job from blasting a concrete driveway, and customers often don't know the difference. A clear estimate also protects you on the classic disputes: oil stains that only fade, oxidized siding that streaks, and paint that was already peeling before you started. Put those limits in writing, list the surfaces separately, and the customer can pick what fits their budget.
Should I price pressure washing per square foot or per job?
Square footage is the most transparent way to build the number, but many customers prefer a single price per job. A good middle ground is to calculate by square foot and show one line per surface, so the total feels fair and the customer can drop items to fit a budget.
Do I need to include soft washing separately?
Yes, if you offer both. Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions and is the usual method for siding, roofs and painted surfaces. Listing it separately shows the customer you are not going to blast delicate surfaces and explains a different rate.
What if a stain doesn't come out?
Say so in the notes before you start. Oil, rust and old organic stains often lighten but don't fully disappear. Having that in writing avoids a dispute over the final payment.
Yes. Make and download as many as you want, no signup. Free PDFs carry a small Presupuestado mark; Pro removes it and adds your logo.
