Estimates, receipts and guides that go with this invoice.
A cleaning invoice is usually short, but it needs to show exactly what was cleaned, because customers compare it with what they see when they walk in. Start with the base clean, described by type and home size, such as a standard clean for a three-bedroom, two-bath house, then add each add-on as its own line: inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, baseboards or laundry. For move-out cleans, bill extra hours separately if the place was in worse shape than expected, and say so in the description. Recurring clients can get one invoice per visit or a monthly invoice listing every date. If you charge for late cancellations or lockouts, put the fee on its own line and make sure it matches the policy you gave the client.
Should tips go on a cleaning invoice?
No. Tips are optional and given separately. The invoice should cover only the services and fees you agreed on; if a client wants to tip by card or transfer, they can add it when paying.
Can I charge a cancellation fee on a cleaning invoice?
Yes, if your policy was shared with the client beforehand. Add it as a separate line, such as "Late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours' notice)", so it isn't confused with a cleaning charge.
Who do I bill for a move-out cleaning?
Whoever booked and agreed to pay: the tenant, the landlord or a property manager. Put that person in the Bill to field and the property address in the description.
Yes. Make and download as many as you want, no signup. Free PDFs carry a small Presupuestado mark; Pro removes it and adds your logo.
