Estimates, receipts and guides that go with this invoice.
Pressure washing jobs are usually done in a single day, which makes them perfect for getting paid before you pack up. Bring the invoice ready on your phone, walk the customer around the clean surfaces, and send it right there. List each surface separately with its square footage and method, so a soft-washed house and a surface-cleaned driveway aren't lumped together. Stain treatments, sealing and gutter brightening belong on their own lines, because they are add-ons the customer chose. Repeat the note about stains that may only lighten, so nobody holds back payment over an old oil spot that faded but didn't vanish. If the job was small, a minimum job charge line explains why the price is higher than the square footage alone suggests.
Should I collect payment for pressure washing on the same day?
For residential jobs, yes, it's common to invoice and collect when the job is done. A quick walkaround first lets the customer see the result while it's fresh.
What if a stain didn't come out completely?
If your estimate said some stains may only lighten, repeat that note on the invoice and show the before-and-after photos. Bill the treatment you performed, not a guaranteed result.
Do I charge for the water I use?
Most pressure washers don't charge separately for the customer's water. If you bring your own water tank for a site without a spigot, you can add it as a line item.
Yes. Make and download as many as you want, no signup. Free PDFs carry a small Presupuestado mark; Pro removes it and adds your logo.
