Estimates, receipts and guides that go with this invoice.
Graphic design invoices are where the scope you agreed on gets settled. List the deliverables, such as logo concepts, a style guide or a set of social media templates, and say how many revision rounds were included. When the client asked for more rounds, bill them as a separate line so the extra cost is clearly tied to their requests. Fonts and stock images bought for the project go on their own line, since the client will need the license too. For logos and brand work, mention when ownership of the final files passes to the client, usually on full payment, and list the file formats delivered. If you took a 50% deposit at the start, credit it here and bill the remaining balance.
When do I transfer logo rights to the client?
Most designers transfer ownership once the final invoice is paid in full and say so in their terms. Until then, the client has the files on approval but not the rights.
How do I bill extra revisions?
Add a line such as "Additional revision round" with the quantity and your rate. Referencing the number of rounds included in your quote makes it clear the extra cost was requested.
What is a kill fee on a design invoice?
It's the amount the client pays if they cancel the project partway through, covering work already done. It should be agreed in advance; on the invoice, bill it as its own line.
Yes. Make and download as many as you want, no signup. Free PDFs carry a small Presupuestado mark; Pro removes it and adds your logo.
